1. Who are we?

NeuroMaze is a coaching, advice and training practice focused on autism, based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at:

NeuroMaze is not yet registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. If this does happen, this document will be updated with the registration number and address.

2. What personal data do we process?

Through the appointment form on our website, we process the following data:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Type of appointment (online, telephone or home visit)
  • Home address (only for home visit appointments)
  • Reason for the appointment, if provided

We do not process special categories of personal data such as health information, political opinions or biometric data.

3. Why do we use your data?

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

  • Scheduling an appointment — to confirm and arrange a coaching, advice or training session.
  • Contacting you — for questions, confirmations or changes regarding your appointment.
  • Administration — to the extent necessary to deliver our services.

We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters or profiling unless you have explicitly given consent.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of your personal data is based on:

  • Performance of a contract — when you make an appointment, processing is necessary to fulfil that appointment.
  • Legitimate interest — for administrative purposes necessary for our operations.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary:

  • Appointment data — deleted no later than 1 year after the last appointment, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
  • Financial data — retained for 7 years in accordance with legal obligations.
  • Email correspondence — deleted no later than 2 years after the last contact.

6. Do we share your data with others?

We never sell your data to third parties. We use the following service providers who may process your data as processors on our behalf:

  • Formspree (formspree.io) — the appointment form on our website is processed via Formspree. Your data is temporarily stored on their servers and forwarded to us by email. Formspree is based in the United States and complies with applicable privacy legislation. See their privacy policy at formspree.io.
  • Umami Analytics — we use Umami for anonymous visitor statistics. Umami places no cookies, stores no personal data and does not use cross-site tracking. No data is shared with third parties or advertising networks. See umami.is/privacy.
  • Hosting provider (Strato) — our website is hosted by Strato, who process technical data necessary for the operation of the website.

Appropriate data processing agreements are or will be concluded with all processors in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — you can request what data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you can have incorrect data corrected.
  • Right to erasure — you can request that your data be deleted ('right to be forgotten').
  • Right to restriction — you can ask us to temporarily restrict processing.
  • Right to object — you can object to the processing of your data.
  • Right to data portability — you can request your data in a structured format.
